We all know when we bleach hair, using foils is highly recommended to help keep the heat in but at home that is just way too cumbersome and tedious. So as a way to kind of get that same foil effect without having to use individual sheets of foil I bought these hoping it would do the trick and it worked perfectly! It kept the heat in as well as kept the messy bleached hair in the cap. I also used it to deep condition after. You get two caps and they are basic but good quality!
