I noticed that it looked basically identical to a similar unit priced over twice as much. Exact same key pad layout and can confirm the manual is basically identical. This unit works. Have been putting off spending the money for years and cant believe what a difference this makes. I dont have large amounts of cash often but do need to get money sorted and faced/ orientated often which can take a lot of time and be a bit hard on the thumbs. This takes all the work out of it and makes it fun. This will count all denominations. Can face/ orientate bills, batch by number of bills and can sort bills by denom. It is very fast at sorting bills and putting them into reject. The biggest problem I had was that the reject bin would often have the last few bills crumple up and jam. This was easily fixed by going into the settings and turning the max reject count from 70 to 40. Have to clear a bit more often but completely solved that issue. The only concern I have is for support of the machine should I experience issues in the future. Only time will tell on that one though. As of right now this is 5/5 without a doubt.
