You have to go to Sabrent's website and download a Firmware update. Then carefully follow the instructions for the exe file. Once I did that and rebooted I could see the drive, and then partitioned it into separate 1Tb and 2Tb sectors. Would definitely recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spare drives *by D***X on 9 July 2025* No issues with delivery as arrived in good condition and on time. On opening the box the item looked good, but the lid felt plastic when using and this I felt should of been metal or hard plastic. The item worked well when drives were inserted and used, with the speed being good, however the smaller drives were a bit tricky to release from holder but this could be down to my large fingers. I would still recommend this drives as made life easier swopping my drives except took a bit longer with small ones. Other than that this is an excellent product and well worth getting if you have extra drives you need files from but don't need sitting in your computer and as you do not need to use screws, just open lid insert drive into it then plug into a Usb port on you computer which makes it easy to setup, install and use.
