Having contacted Amazon US (I think) via Amazon.co.uk, whose website I was on when placing the order, one AndrewL is supposedly arranging a refund, though this awaits confirmation of delivery. Just thought that UK buyers should be aware that this may not be the bargain buy it appears to be.
