I got this today right before I had to go to work, when I got home I set it up and it does exactly what it is suppose to do. It's nice and the multi-light is so relaxing. I absolutely love it. Definitely cools. 10/10 I recommend!!

Out of despiration I ordered this small unit because FL electric rates are high and we keep the AC at 80 degrees. UGH. I was skeptical due to the size, (a bit like a large tissue box). The first night I filled it with mini ice cubes and distilled water, placed it on a small table within 3 feet of the bed, put it on the lowest setting and had the best sleep since the end of April. I am VERY IMPRESSED. This does not cool a room. It is a portable fan with a misting feature. I have been using it in my studio/ work area as well because it is more efficient and effective than the ceiling fan. The USB is a nice feature since it allows for battery pack plug -in when we lose power. It does work as a simple fan without the water, but for the full cooling effect use the ice cubes. The only design tweak that I would make is a removable or easier to access water tank because it is rather awkward to empty and clean.EDIT: Removed a star because the unit died after 2 weeks. Returning and replacing through Amazon.

Used this product for about a month. Couldn't cool even a small area. Tried everything suggested, don't recommend at all.

It cool better than not having it. It has to be right next to you feel it. If it on low, I can't hardly feel it at all. The mist is very light, but does drip when in use. I have a napkin under it so it won't puddle. It is louder than I thought it would be. The lights work ok. But it advised it came with a silicon ice tray. I didn't get an ice tray. It came with a USB cord but you have to have your our wall outlet plug. All in all, It's okay, better that nothing in this 100° plus weather here in New Mexico. I dont think it would work well in a humid area.

The item was very small

This has been a life saver recently with how bad the heat waves have been here in San Antonio. My actual A/C unit isnt that good and I have to keep it at a higher temperature range so it doesn't overwork itself. Thats where this thing comes in. Combined with a fan I already have and with the ice water being used, I can stay fairly cool during the horrible hot hours of the day. Only complaint is the power source. Need to have your own USB charging port in order to power it. Outside of that, great product
