## Description

Protect plants with 100% natural, chemical-free wool pellets that repel slugs and snails while adding nutrients to the soil. Suitable for fruits, veggies, and flowers.

## Features

- ORGANIC SLUG SOLUTION: Vitax Slug Gone is the natural way to keep slugs and snails away from plants. Popular amongst environmentally-conscious and organic gardeners, Slug Gone is 100% natural and made from British wool.
- ADDS NUTRIENTS TO THE SOIL: Slug Gone is applied to the soil below the plant to create a irritating, absorbent mat that works as a natural slug repellent. It prevents slugs and snails from reaching the plant, whilst adding nutrients to the soil and locking in moisture.
- MULTI USE: Suitable for use on fruit, veg and flowers, and in borders, pots, containers and hanging baskets.
- CHEMICAL FREE: Natural, chemical-free Slug Gone wool pellets are the ideal choice for use in family gardens. The pellets are also harmless to birds, bees and wildlife.
- EASY TO USE: To deter slugs and other gastropods, simply lay the pellets around the stems of plants. For best results, add Slug Gone in a 10cm radius around the plant, then add water to cause the fibres to bond.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it kill them or just deter them**
A: The idea is to keep the slugs away from your plants by making it difficult for them , it does not kill them.🌼🌼

**Q: is it animal friendly**
A: Well, I had to put sticks around my hostas to stop my cat from sleeping on it - so I would say its attractive to animals!! It does smell a bit like an old wet dog when you open the package. After rain the wooly granules went in to a mat - and the smell evaporated so she isn't so interested!! I think its safe though as there are no additives like slug pellets. Hope this helps. PS it also seems to stop the slugs from eating my plants - not 100% but an improvement on things like the anti slug slime.

**Q: Do you have grow bags**
A: we do sell growbags, unfortunately these are for local delivery only. Please feel free to call us on 01276476778 to confirm if you are within our local delivery area. Many thanks

**Q: Can these absorbant pellets also be mixed in containers to help cut down on watering?**
A: Don’t think so as one of their properties is they’re ‘water resistant’.
