Review: works and plays really well..good deal. - tried severa lof the CD boomboxes and this is the only one that was good enough to keep. not likely to be unhappy or disappointed with this CD player. no needless high tech "improvements"....just plain old simple "push this button" and it plays beautifully. also has easy to use repeat funcytions. real nice little CD box.

Still going strong. The radio tunes in really good and the cd player works as good as new still.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well build but poor sound quality

First the good. This is a well build radio / CD player, it does not look or feel cheap in any way. The buttons are all sturdy, the CD cover is not flimsy. The issue is the sound quality, which is of course subjective. I think I can safely say if you (like me) are still morning the loss of the bass and treble adjustments on audio equipment you probably won't like the sound quality of this device. Technically speaking, the mid range is too pronounced, which is a typical shortcoming in low cost audio equipment, and results in a "nasal" sound quality. Given the cost I can't complain too much so it only looses one star for the sound quality.
