You definitely MUST not go with the “Used -very good” purchase option if offered. I did that and it arrived compl destroyed. The amazing thing is that one was just delivered yesterday, I of course set it up for return for credit to original payment form and immediately reordered a NEW one. AMAZON picked up the first one that was truly destroyed (even had a red sticker on the outside stating “package and item damaged”, AND they delivered the new one TODAY at the same time!! So in less than 24 hours I had a new replacement and a no charge, picked up return! Who does this anymore these days (rhetorical question)? I couldn’t be happier with the refund and return process or the delivery speed of the replacement item that is already set up where I wanted it. It is SO beautiful I contempt trying to find a way to keep the first one but it was truly awful and broken and bells smashed and fallen off it just wasn’t even packaged the way the new one was with all the safeguards in place to prevent the damage.It’s truly a stunning piece and clearly hand done. I’m so happy with this room divider I’ve used as a headboard against our guest bedroom king size bed that was clearly missing a backdrop! Its definitely given the bed a finished and cozy feel.
