I knew from the get go they are small (extremely narrow!), they are not for big bikes (I have a 600 Honda Shadow) and the paint may be not the best (they are less than $50, HELLO). Out of the box I thought they looked pretty good, they were too narrow to fit my bike, so I cut them and welded in a longer piece which made the GREAT for what I wanted. If you don't mind you may have to modify them but then you have something different from others. So far I have rode 60 miles and I would order them again.
