Nice modern design. Good quality glass and it pours perfectly. I looked at a similar item that was half the price, but reviews noted it had thin glass construction and it scared me. This carafe has quality glass and is thick enough that I'm not worried about it breaking and cutting my hands while cleaning. I'm very happy with it.
