**Q: Is the app for these earbuds also on Windows so i can use the gaming mode?**
A: No - it's only accessible via android, iOS and I think maybe Mac-OS

**Q: Are these really loud , im needing loud ones**
A: I'm using them with my MP3 player so can adjust the level with that. I'm really pleased with them.

**Q: Are you able to turn the buttons off in the settings?**
A: Hi, you'll have to install the app on you phone or tablet, and I believe you may have to update the firmware. This will allow you to customise the settings, you can set none for each of the presses, and you can do this on both.

**Q: How do i pair with the soundcore app**
A: You don't pair with the app you pair with the device - the headphones will then appear in the app. On phone goto Settings, Bluetooth to pair.

They are really good for the price. Sounds very good, with the bass being great. The battery life is great,I have not needed to charge them for about two weeks which is very impressive. Bluetooth easy to connect. They fit perfect. The carrying case is plastic, but still has that satisfying feeling to close. Although, when I first used them the buds didn’t sync but I was an easy fix. Overall very good.
