Review: I love my hot tub!! - I wanted an inflatable hot tub because I’ve seen too many permanent hot tubs heading to the grave yard. I’ve used it year round, and it’s been wonderful! I get away from the kids to have “me” time. Setting it up and getting the chemicals just right was a bit of a challenge, but we took a sample of water to a pool supply store. They told us exactly what we needed to do to get our water perfect! We’ve had it 8 months, and its still doing great!
Review: DONT BUY THIS - The chord is very short. Set it up, filled it up, and it started to get warm. Then it shut down. Tried again and again and again for several days but it never came back on. Called customer service and was told it needs to be plugged directly into an outlet. For me, I don’t have an outlet anywhere close to where I want to put it. Sending it back.

I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED WHEN I AIRED IT UP AND REALIZED HOW SMALL IT WAS. WHEN IT SAID 94 INCHES ACROSS I ASSUMED IT WAS A SQUARE MEASUREMENT NOT DIAGNAL. IT IS RIDICULOUS THEY DIDN'T SPECIFY THAT. I CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THE SELLER. THE COVER IS DAMAGED AND I NEED TO GET IT REPLACED.
