I put it together my self, and though it looked daunting, I just followed the instructions step by step and put it together without any issues. Directions are just so-so, but good enough for me to do it perfectly. From opening the box to plugging it in took about 4-5 hours. Games all play perfectly without issue. The entire game console is a bit smaller than the original arcade games, the screen and sound are great and game play feels just like in an arcade. Total build quality and playability are very high quality. I am 6’2” and no issues seeing and playing all games. So many fond childhood memories are evoked each time I play these games!
