I use only 6 pumps and I feel it's at least just as effective as my very strong CBD, or maybe even more. Within minutes I'm feeling so much less overstimulated and anxious, much more grounded, and cheerful. I've yet to have any negative side effects, and one dose lasts for at least 5-6 hours.I've got a neurodivergent, high needs toddler, who is sensory seeking and needs a lot of input. As a mama this helps me so much to feel less overstimulated and peaceful, and better able to meet her needs.
