Review: Glows brightly- great decoration but NOT A RUG! - Brightness: These really shine and show up in the black lights!! They are expensive for a decoration but I know I’m using mine each year for our end of year glow party at school so it is worth it!! They are super easy to hang, cover a lot of wall space and really light up!! I will be buying more next year to replace something else purchased that did not reflect the black light at all!! ** I am very surprised that they advertise it as a rug🤔 It is a wall tapestry!!
