A: Their website shows a lot of varieties by region.  To check the nearest so-called local one to us, it's the Southeast one.  Excluding South Central and Florida varieties, that's still maybe  a dozen states, and then, it says it's "balanced" with US honey.  If you have local honey in mind, it's not very.

**Q: is this product pasteurized?**
A: From their website: "Our honey is not pasteurized."

**Q: Does this local hive honey contain corn syrup?**
A: I have found the Rice products to be very satisfactory and an excellent value. I seriously doubt the honey is adulterated with corn syrup.
