Review: Dependable - This is actually my second purchase. I have one at home that I have been using for several months and have been thoroughly impressed by the ease of use. So, I decided to purchase one to keep at work. You cigar enthusiast know sometimes on your lunch break you swing in to check out your local cigar shop, so you've got to have somewhere to keep them until you leave! I will say that I have found it somewhat difficult to steady the humidity using the provided water bin so on the new one I only used it for the seasoning of the unit (first 4-5 days) and then pulled it out and threw in a couple of large 69% Boveda packs and it works beautifully!
Review: Love it - had this thing for some time now. Works perfectly. i'd recommend to anyone

### ⭐⭐ Leaking Water from my NeedOne 48B
*by D***B on August 22, 2026*

After over 2 years of excellent use, I found a large puddle of wather under my humidor. For the past few months, the humidor has been keeping the humidity at over 80% - WAY too high! And, there has NO WATER in the resevoir for at least the last 3 months. I tried leaving the door open for a day; unplugging the unit while the door was open; letting it "air out". Nothing worked. Now, I find this puddle. I had to take all my cigars out of the unit and clean out the back and under, drying it thoroughly. Not sure what is going to happen when I plug it back in. My cigars are sitting out until I can put everything back together again.
