The laddoos taste great, easy to digest, and each laddoo contains 1 full scoop of protein, so it helps me hit my daily intake without struggling through the shake. If you plan to drink this as a normal shake, the taste might disappoint you. But if you're open to using it in recipes, especially laddoos, it works really well.
