Switch in the middle of the cord needs to be changed to "Mono". Only a "Stereo" system in "Stereo" setting will output in both ears. **Q: "Microphone is intermittent. There is a delay in communicating."** A: Check first that the squelch on the plane's system is tuned properly to match the noise level. It needs to be adjusted lower if it's not transmitting the first words. **Q: Does the headset fit comfortably over glasses?** A: Yes, the headset fits comfortably over glasses. **Q: Does the headset require batteries, and if so, how long do they last?** A: The headset does NOT require batteries. It features passive noise cancellation through high-density acoustic foam earcups and gel ear seals. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You can hear clearly and it fits comfortably *by R***S on 22 August 2026* This headset passed beyond what I expected.
