I bought this for my 9X. Before plugging it in, make absolutely sure the battery wires are the correct polarity. Mine were wrong and I almost fried my radio if I had not caught it just before plugging in. **Q: I have a Spectrum Dx7 long rectangle square batt - will this work?** A: This battery does NOT fit DX7 transmitter. Plug is too large. **Q: I have a balance charger how do i charge this battery with it?** A: As it's LiFePO4 chemistry, charge to 3.65V/cell. **Q: Does this battery have the right plug to connect in a qx7s ?** A: The pack I bought has two plugs, a JST-RCY (the generic "JST" plug that you see on micro drones) and a modified servo plug that's keyed on one side, I believe it's what Futaba radios use. The photo now shows a JST-XH (balance plug) instead of the JST-RCY, which is what the X9D SE uses, and I believe the QX7 is the same. If not, you can always replace one of the plugs, and while you're at it replace the other one with whatever is easiest to connect to your charger. (The internal charger is for NiMH batteries and will not work with this pack.)
