I have 2 items in it for when I take my breaks. I needed something that hides under my pant bottoms. Very soft. I put my watch in it to track my steps because when I'm standing at my desk working my arms aren't moving so it doesn't track them. I have larger calves (15 1/4”) and they fit just fine. They stay 100% in place. I like to track my steps and these are perfect. They have anti slip grips so it doesnt budge with all the movement of my exercise. Its a 3 pack too!
