Gran ahorro de tiempo *by J***R on 21 December 2014* Me gusta cocinar y sentía que cortar los ingredientes se llevaba la mayor parte del tiempo. Me decanté por este procesador porque ya tenía el libro de Jamie Olivier y por las opiniones de otros usuarios. La máquina es de una buena calidad, bien acabada y con unas cuchillas estupendas. Corta y pica de maravilla, y nosotros también la usamos para exprimir cítricos. El aparato es bastante grande (ojo si tenemos una cocina pequeña) y no es fácil guardar todas las cuchillas en la cubeta, así que ocupará bastante espacio. Sin embargo, podremos picar grandes cantidades sin problema. En la cubeta no se queda nada pegado y es muy fácil de limpiar; casi darle un agua sólo y queda perfecta. Las instrucciones las encontré algo escasas pero te haces con la máquina fácilmente.
