To support an upright sleeping position to prevent my head making contact with my bed headboard after a hair transplant. Not tried it for 1 but I couldn't have managed without it for 2. It beats others because of its side walls that stop your heading 'flopping' to the side when you drift off.

A: We liked having the strap.  Not familiar with the version without it

**Q: How well does this pillow work for short people (5 ft)? Does it push your head forward?**
A: It's not that it would push your head forward, it keeps you very upright. I almost felt like i needed my neck to be taller.

I bought this for 2 reasons: 1. Long haul flights. 2. To support an upright sleeping position to prevent my head making contact with my bed headboard after a hair transplant. I've tried so many onflight cusions and this has to be the best i've tried so far. So comfy and actually means i can get some rest especially if you can find a way to strap it to the back of the headrest in whatever vehicle you're travelling with. Only issue I have with it is that the velcro strap over time doesnt attach aswell which gets really annoying but so far so good!
