**Q: What is the raven made out of? It looks like it’s inflatable plastic**
A: The raven like a rubbery plastic. The staff is plastic. It's a very nice item. Worth every penny. I wish I didn't have it packed up in Halloween costumes or I would take a picture.

**Q: How long are each piece before assembly? Trying to see if this would fit in our suitcase. Ty**
A: I don't have the exact measurements but If you're talking about a large suitcase and not a carry on, then it will definitely fit in two pieces. I brought mine to DisneyWorld last year for the Halloween parade and it fit inside my suitcase.

**Q: Could you use just the top half on its own, for a child size version?**
A: It is child sized. I had to insert it into a piece of pvc pipe for me to use it.

**Q: does this include the staff and the raven?  only asking because the mentioned shipping weight is only 11ounces.....**
A: Yes it does.  The entire staff is hollow.  That's why it's so lite.

The bird staff was exactly as expected. Basic plastic that was as described. I added a curtain rod to give it the length I wanted, plus some feathers, glitter foam, and gems to make it more "fun".
