There's no aftertaste. By comparison, the supermarket sourced olive oil has a slimy taste to it. I didn't really notice until I bought this. I like it so much I've bought two more bottles. I don't use it for cooking. After coming across toast with olive oil and salt whilst living in Spain, that's been my breakfast ever since. Apparently, Moroccan olive oil is considerable healthier than north mediterranean brands.
