A: We have checked the feedback of customers and the production records of the factory in the last two years , and never found such a situation of short rope . I really do not know what happened . We will continue to track the cause of the problem and ensure that similar problems do not occur in the subsequent goods.

A: The cord diameter is about 1/6" or 4 mm and the length is 4m/13ft.

These guy lines are just what I was looking for. I am using them as extra guys lines when the breeze picks up, or sometimes as a clothes line... You get it, they are just handy to have around. The line is quite visible in low light, and very easy to spot with a headlamp etc. The line locks work well once you figure them out, decent usable length to them and they don't take up hardly any space.
