I had a red eye flight and needed something to support my neck. The pillow sat comfortably on my neck and I did not find it too hot (I am always hot). The chin strap is such a smart design. I didn't bother with attaching it to the seat back, so cannot comment on how well it works there. Did I sleep on the flight? No. But I was able to snuggle into this and watch a movie without neck pain or an annoying pillow moving around on me. The pillow was firm but not too firm and I was easily able to move the chin strap as needed. I washed the cover before use and it was simple to take off and put back on. It rolled easily back into its case. And I was happy to have the clip to be able to hang from my backpack as I moved around the airport. Overall super happy with my purchase.

A: It's not that it would push your head forward, it keeps you very upright. I almost felt like i needed my neck to be taller.
