I take this at 8:30 or 9pm and I could easily fall asleep and I can go back to sleep easily after going to the bathroom. I mix this with my unsweetened soy milk and taste really good. Also, when I have muscle pains or joint pains from my work out, I feel better the next day. I think it helps!!! The only thing that I don't like is, it turns my teeth yellow from the turmeric color. Just brush my teeth and gargle with listerine and it goes away.
