Review: Mushrooms can be quite medicinal and are pretty underrated. - This supplement is pretty awesome and so far, I'm a fan of The Genius Brand. Besides this product, I also recently tried Genius Sleep Aid and would give that one 4/5 stars. This supplement contains 3 of some of the most known medicinal mushrooms that are out there: Lion's Mane, Cordyceps and Reishi. For me personally, I feel like the supplement has helped me adapt to stress (like how an adaptogen feels), gives me more energy (but not like in a stimulant like way, like caffeine), and has also helped me cognition and focus, especially when it comes to things like college work. I also have anxiety disorders - primarily social anxiety and OCD and I feel like the supplement has definitely calmed these issues down and helped me work through them lately for sure. Here's some medicinal qualities of the 3 mushrooms, based of what studies have shown: Lion's Mane - May help alleviate mild symptoms of depression and anxiety, could protect against dementia, reduces heart disease risk, may help fight Cancer, reduces inflammation and can boost the immune system. Cordyceps - May boost exercise performance (mostly through increasing oxygen utilization), increases the body's production of ATP (the main source of energy in every human's body), has potential anti-tumor effects, decreases "bad" cholesterol (LDL cholesterol), may also help fight inflammation. Reishi - Acts an an antioxidant and also helps with inflammation, reduces anxiety and depression, helps prevent Cancer, can be helpful for people with sleeping problems, aids gut health, helpful in relieving symptoms due to allergies. I hope this helps anyone interested in this supplement or looking to try mushrooms as medicine. I've been taking supplements for a little over a decade now of various types and I only recently became interested in trying and researching medicinal types of mushrooms and it's safe to say, I will keep continuing to try these types of natural medicines and research more of them. Review: complicated emotions from PMS - i dont write many reviews but did get this because of what i read. i'll be updating shortly for consistency. for context: i eat relatively healthy (if give myself 8 outta 10). eating better allows supplements and natural medicines to do their work. im sensitive to trash and bad vibes. it is what it is. i got these to cut my PMS suffering down as much as possible. i got this and some chaste tree berry (400mg) and i take them both together, 3x a day. in the first week i literally felt grounded, like feet planted in the ground in my mind. i even had dreams about grass. never happened before. i have way more patience. i genuinely smile a lot more. id been dealing with horrible waves of really detrimental depression every month lately and needed to do something to relieve me of my thoughts and bad emotions besides therapy. here we are in my PMS weeks and it's way more bearable. I'm able to will myself out of circular thinking. some emotions do surface but my thoughts have been able to correct themselves within seconds. my awareness is much stronger and i don't give up as easily. im gonna update this experience in the next couple of months so that i can give a really fair assessment. idk if it's this or the chaste tree berry butttt i choose this over simply going to talk to someone when i feel like sh*t. UPDATE: December 9, 2020 I have been taking this for a year and some change now. People used to leave longer more compelling reviews and that's what sold me on them, so here's mine for the future users. A few things to note, - There were 2 distinct times I didn't take them. One was for a week during a trip, and one was when I needed to pay for so much other stuff I had to wait to buy them. Both times I noticed myself feeling exactly the way I used to feel before I discovered this product, while it still only had 3k reviews. That was enough to show me that it does in fact balance me out. - Consistent use has allowed me a much higher quality of life. - I put 2 friends onto them. One didn't notice a difference (but also barely took them), the other thought they were too strong to take 3x a day but figured out her dosage and has been liking her results a lot in the past few months. - I can not believe this stuff is about $20. I love taking it but now I'm so curious about what's in it, I want to send this to a lab out of curiosity. Will I? I am lazy. This doesn't fix that, it just allows me the clarity to wonder. - I bought pure lions mane, cordycepts and reishi powder and oh my god that stuff tastes awfullllll. I was too lazy to fill caps with it and I might still try one of these days. Buying them separately and mixing them myself was only about $5 cheaper so I guess I don't mind ordering them. Kudos to them for making this blend in capsule form. That's about it, I have nothing but positive things to say. Plus it helped me get into the habit of taking other supplements like holy basil, etc every day as well. For now, this supplement is worth it!

**Q: Were any lions killed to make this?**
A: No lions were killed! The lions eat the mushrooms, go poop, and we collect the poop. It’s cooked at a high temperature, then run thru the Flux Capacitor! Finally, the powers are converted into antimatter, then matter and back and forth a couple times TADA!!

**Q: How well do these work if they have been left out in the 115 degree heat for a few days?**
A: They're left in an Amazon warehouse for weeks or months with high temperatures, so they should be fine. Hopefully..

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GENIUS Mushroom Combination. Nothing Else Compares!

What they did here is seriously nothing short of absolute GENIUS. This trumps every other mushroom product on the market because it combines the 3 most beneficial mushrooms together in a daily, synergistic blend. I used to have to take a bunch of different pills from a couple different companies but Genius has harvested legitimate quality that is head and shoulders above the rest. It's nootropic benefits really come to light after the first week with my mood improving, my focus sharpening and an overall sense of increased well being heightening my overall day. My alertness naturally becomes quite a bit higher and I manage stress so much better. Isn't that enough to justify taking them every day? For me it is but they always almost guarantee you won't get sick unless you're rolling around in a snotty nose daycare during cold season. Outside of that, I can almost promise these will protect immunity. There have been a lot of studies on Reishi and it's effectiveness as an immune system booster so don't take my word for it. I'm not an athlete in anyway but the increased oxygen uptake from Cordyceps is evident to me when I walk up the stairs haha That's really the only time, I'm a lot less tired but I don't get out for cardiovascular exercise really as much as I should. It's shown to be beneficial for athletes though :) Have I sold you? I'm not even trying to. I just believe in Mushrooms and they have changed my life. Who knows, if enough people take them maybe they can change the world and we can think for ourselves, not fall for FB manipulation and vote an egotistical madman into the White House... Wait, did I say that last part? haha Just kidding! Stay lovely everyone!
