A: It has a wide elastic band sewn inside.  It is NOT however "adjustable"  - the elastic is strong enough to stay in place but not too tight as to be uncomfortable.

**Q: Is the tag leather or suede? Or a non-animal material?**
A: Sorry, the one i bought doesn’t have a tag.

**Q: Should you wash these before you wear them ?**
A: I don't know. I wasn't satisfied with the fit. If it shrunk when washed I couldn't wear it
