A: 60cm plus elastic

A: sorry don't know as have packed it away with other costumes. My daughter wore it, she is age 17 average height, size 12 clothes if that helps

**Q: Does it stay in place well please?**
A: The depth of the crown is quite good but it very much depends on the size of your head. As this is not a sized hat, it would be difficult to tell. You could buy some thin elastic and sew this in a loop inside the brim then loop the elastic under your hair at the back and discreetly grip it. But it is quite good quality for the price
