It weighs 170g and says Heat and pour on the front. However, sometimes I've had substitutions (maybe in error) of the dry powder pepper sauce mix, which weigh 25gram each and they send 6. You have to add water to these, and although cheaper, they're not as nice. Just check what it says on the packet front before ordering - Heat and Pour, or "Mix".
