It pumps out a 1/4" stream of water that takes about 15 seconds or so to fill up a 1L bottle. I'm happy with that. It beats picking up a big 5g jug to fill a Nalgene. By the way, the auto-off feature is pretty nice because it seems to fill up about a liter.
