## Questions & Answers

A: Plastic inside, metal outside

**Q: The base is incredible difficult to unscrew after making an espresso shot. Are there any tricks to get it off easier than ponding &!running under hot**
A: I only found it difficult to unscrew the first couple of times. After that I learned not to screw it on quite as tightly - just enough to pierce the foil on the capsules.

**Q: askHow many coffee capsules can be made with a full water tank?**
A: You can make one cup per capsule and you’d need to fill the machine.

**Q: what pods can this take?**
A: Nespresso and Nespresso compatible pods. My wife and I use Nespresso, Petes and Lavazza.
