I accepted the refund and tried them again. I don't know who does the packaging, but that seems to be where the problem is. The two bags of candy were put in a plastic bag and that plastic bag was put in a box. The box had NO filler to keep that smaller bag from flying around. I suspect that lack of filler is the reason that the majority of the candies were broken. I won't give them a 3rd try. Could use a bit better packing, a lot of the candy coating on the outside of the chocolate eggs was broken. These are a yummy chocolate treat. I order several bags throughout the year.
