Light plastic material. Color ok. Quality not that good. Broken within a week.

Easy to use and definitely targets some muscles which you cannot work out on gym devices. Metal parts and resistance levels would have made this product perfect. After 1 month of use - 2 of the silicon strings broke down and now this is completely useless. No extra resistance string provided and they do not sell it loose
