A: Yes they are adjustable .

**Q: The colour mentioned in the description is that lens colour or frame colour ?**
A: Lens is Clear on my glasses

**Q: Can the arms be removed and only used with the strap? And can I have prescription lenses fitted?**
A: No the arms can not be removed to use the strap only, as for replacing the lenses with prescription ones I have no idea.
Usually you would buy safety glasses with prescription lenses direct from an optician either online or from a high street is my guess.
