**Q: Are the seeds and the peels of the peppers included in this product?**
A: Hi Jerry.  The photo attached to this information request email does not match the product I purchased.  This photo is the Chipotle pepper powder.  I purchased the CRUSHED Chipotle Pepper and the product I purchased is just that: crushed peppers so it contains dried seeds and pepper fruits/peels.

**Q: Is this the same thing as Chipotle Powder?  I am trying a recipe that 's requiring for Chipotle powder.  Is this the same thing?  I am no cook.**
A: Totally different taste.  The Jamaican jerk seasoning is a blend of different seasonings and flakes not powder.

**Q: How hot is this? We prefer a little heat, but hubs is from Ohio and can’t take very much, lol. Thanks!**
A: That's a challenging question because our taste buds vary. I don't think it's too hot and you can add more or less to taste! 😋 I like to sprinkle it on pizza! When I really want heat I add habanero pepper also!
