I narrowed it down to three different ones that all seemed to have good reviews. So I randomly chose this one. The first time we took our Tablespoon on an empty stomach, oh my, the tingle was very strong compare to the one we bought at the grocery store. Only dropped 2 lbs the two weeks we were using the other oil. It's been three days since we switched.Got on the scale again, and in three days, I was down two more pounds. We also sleep better. We are taking a tablespoon of this olive oil, 3x a day on an empty stomach. This is not advice, only my personal experience. Love this oil.
