I was a bit sceptical but having used it now for my mothers silverplated cutlery I am amazed. If you like to keep your cutlery really shiny it’s worth buying. For bigger items you need to think carefully about how you’re going to put them in the hot water with the cleaning plate, as it’s quite small and with large dishes it’s a bit tricky.
