It is not what it says it is - Not a Water softener
The TDS levels before and after remains same - at 600 TDS. It is not a water softener . Best it is a water filter to remove the dirt. Secondly the wire plate screw which is tightened to the faucet will come loose in a weeks time, after that the rubber fixture becomes loose and you can't fit it back again.The only good thing about it was there was. spray effect which was good for washing utensils and reduced the water wastage. Would like to return the product

Not good product for kitchen use
Not good product. Used in kitchen and bathroom and it does not hold proper for taps. If the water flow is more rapid, then it will get dropped.
