And once it is connected too one console all you have too do on another compatible console too connect it is hold start for a few seconds and it connects right away too that console. Just plug it into your controller port on your console and turn console on and a red light will blink fast press and hold button on dongle and the start button on your controller together at the same time until both flashing red lights stop flashing. Once that happens you are good too go your controller is connected too the console. Cons: * None but... * This may be a con to some the buttons are raised which bothers me none. It may or may not be a deal breaker for you. I also did perfer the blue plastic controller holder/case, but the newer cardboard is alright. The grapic on it is nice though. Conclusion: All and all I love the controller and I hope to see continued support and new Retrobit controllers in the future!
