We consider ourselves ghee "Connoisseurs", having tried majority of the so called "top brands". This ghee's quality surpasses all counterparts in terms of quality, taste, grainy texture, aroma, and coupled with the fact that it's actually very good for you makes this a unique product. Highly recommend Kanhaiya Ghee to everyone. Try it. You'll love it's taste. We use it for our cooking as well as on foods such as rice and curries. It enhances the flavor of any food. In a nutshell, its both nutritious as well as delicious. Experience the difference yourselves. Review: I like the fact that it is made by traditional ayurvedic ... - Kanhaiya ghee was simply superb. Very different than any other ghee I've tried. I like the fact that it is made by traditional ayurvedic methods. Ghee made in this manner usually take a lot longer to make as compared to other ghees. It does not have the strong smell I've experienced with many other ghees. It is said Ayurvedic desi cow ghee is very good for health and I'm about to put this to test. Ghee experts would know that Granularity is what differentiates a good ghee from the rest. Kanhaiya ghee definitely has very good granularity. Taste wise, I'd describe it on the milder side. I use it as a spread on my toasts in the morning and substitute it wherever I use Butter. The result is delicious aromatic tasting food. 100% recommend Kanhaiya ghee. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B073WNT5FR | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 22 Reviews | | Item Form | Cream | | Item Package Weight | 1.59 Kilograms | | Item Weight | 0.99 Pounds | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Package Weight | 1.59 Kilograms | | Part Number | KGG 121 | | Specialty | Natural | ## Product Details - **Item Weight:** 15.84 ounces - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Item Form:** Cream - **Number of Pieces:** 1 - **Specialty:** Natural ## Images ![Cow's Pure Desi Ghee-Clarified Butter-15.9 oz, 100% Natural, Ayurvedic Preparation, Diet Food for Yoga Enthusiast - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81C7ivu9AEL.jpg) ![Cow's Pure Desi Ghee-Clarified Butter-15.9 oz, 100% Natural, Ayurvedic Preparation, Diet Food for Yoga Enthusiast - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81AC-BP4zeL.jpg) ![Cow's Pure Desi Ghee-Clarified Butter-15.9 oz, 100% Natural, Ayurvedic Preparation, Diet Food for Yoga Enthusiast - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81qLVKtKEOL.jpg) ![Cow's Pure Desi Ghee-Clarified Butter-15.9 oz, 100% Natural, Ayurvedic Preparation, Diet Food for Yoga Enthusiast - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81BaoVqR0JL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are very happy we tried this ghee upon recommendation by a friend *by C***R on August 6, 2017* We are very happy we tried this ghee upon recommendation by a friend. But, a bit on the runny side of texture. Oddly, its a gainy look yet not to the point of being repulsive. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/50892178-cows-pure-desi-ghee-clarified-butter-15-9-oz-100](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/50892178-cows-pure-desi-ghee-clarified-butter-15-9-oz-100) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
