My elderly Golden Retriever's liver enzymes were high end of normal at last wellness checkup. Six months later, they were way over. I mentioned to the doctor "I guess the milk thistle tea is no longer working." That's when my husband piped up, "I haven't been giving it to her." :( Well she went back on it and her labs got better.
