How is your raw dehydrated lamb and salmon different?** A: Hi! We completely understand your concern about the raw salmon. However, we are well aware of the dangers of raw salmon, and have made sure to eliminate the threat of Nanophyetus salmincola (or Neorickettisa), the dangerous toxin that can be found in raw salmon. Flukes (the common name for Nanophyetus salmincola and reasoning behind salmon poisoning) are absolutely taken care of in our products. To begin with, flukes cannot survive deep freezing for more than a few minutes. We're sure to freeze our salmon products at or below the necessary temperature for sufficient time to ensure the safety of the fish. Then, all of our products go through the hydrostatic high pressure process—this, too, would be plenty sufficient to eliminate the threat of flukes. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via the official Stella & Chewy's website if you have any further questions. Thank you, Stella & Chewy's **Q: Why has Digestive Boost been out of stock for so long? Do some of the ingredients come from overseas?** A: Hi! We're very sorry to hear about this situation, and will be sure to share this feedback with our sales team. As with many other industries, we are dealing with transport/shipping delays, which are impacting the timing of product inventory. We are working on getting product to distributors/retailers as efficiently as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and delays. Thank you, Stella & Chewy's **Q: How long after opening are they still fresh?** A: Hi! Once open using the easy open tab on the front of the bag, the product is freshest within the first few weeks, and safest within the first few months. Do be sure to reseal the bag with the zip closure between uses and always store in the original packaging. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any further questions (info@stellaandchewys.com) Thanks! Stella & Chewy's **Q: How many cups are in a 13oz bag?** A: Hi! We package our products by weight, so the actual cups can vary somewhat. On average, the Stella's Solutions 13oz bags contain approximately 10 cups. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any further questions (888-477-8977; info@stellaandchewys.com).
