**Q: How many receivers can be pair up to one transmitter?**
A: Multiple RXs can be paired with one TX at the same time, and there is no limits ! It is recommended that not using more than 6 sets at once to ensure signal stability and a good user experience

**Q: Does it transmit true stereo audio?**
A: Yes, it can do that. Please make sure the audio source is stereo audio first, then use a stereo cable, and the stereo switches of the transmitter and receiver are already turned on. Then the 100% stereo audio will be transmitted.

**Q: What can I do if there is a problem with the product?**
A: Please read the instruction manual carefully . If you are still unclear, please let us know since we're responsible for product quality and will provide you with a satisfactory solution within 24 hours

**Q: Does this still work when connected to USB for charging?**
A: Yes. But it is not recommended to do that, especiall using for a long time, because it will damage the battery life and user experience.

so let me start by saying I really wanted to recommend this product. The sound quality and battery life are really good.i think I maybe charged these 2x in the 5 months I had them I got a total of 4 uses out of the until the transmitter died for some reason. Up until last week I never had any issues with these until the transmitter quite turning on. If I plug it in to charge it the LED that should be red is now a bluish/purple and the transmitter powers on when connected to power and shows the red indicator but does not at all hold a charge. I left it on the charger for 24 hrs and it refuses to turn back on. the receiver still works as it should but the transmitter is garbage. Anyone else have this issue or know a solution. I pretty hesitate to buy another set for it to fall apart on me again. I might just spend my money elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. LEKATO if you see this how can I get this fixed or replaced?
