Review: Unleashing Peak Performance without Creatine - I've had the opportunity to try and assess countless workout supplements. Recently, I've found a standout pre-workout that has become a staple in my routine – the ENGN Shred. What sets this particular supplement apart is its science-based formula that not only enhances my workouts but also provides sustained focus and stamina throughout the day. One of the key features that drew me to ENGN Shred is its creatine-free composition. While creatine is a valuable component in many pre-workouts, some individuals, myself included, prefer a formula without it. ENGN Shred's exclusion of creatine allows for a cleaner, more focused experience without sacrificing performance. The science-based formula is a testament to the thoughtfulness behind ENGN Shred. Packed with exclusive ingredients such as Beta Alanine, Agmatine, Huperzine A, L-Carnitine, Yohimbe, and CLA, this pre-workout is designed to maximize workouts by providing natural energy, endurance, and intense mental focus. The specially engineered blends, including Betaine, work synergistically to amplify overall performance, giving me the push I need for those challenging morning workouts. What truly sets ENGN Shred apart is its clean complex. The inclusion of Forskolin and EGCG Green Tea extracts speaks volumes about the commitment to quality. This pre-workout not only amplifies energy levels but does so without the dreaded crash, ensuring a smooth transition from workout intensity to everyday activities. The benefits of ENGN Shred extend beyond the gym. With enhanced power and pumps, this pre-workout acts as a sustainable energy source, promoting better muscle endurance, metabolism support, and nitric oxide production. The result? A heightened sense of well-being that lasts well beyond the morning workout session. EVLution Nutrition's reputation as a leading name in bodybuilding supplements is well-earned, and ENGN Shred is a shining example of their commitment to quality. By using only the finest lab-tested performance-maximizing ingredients, EVL has crafted a pre-workout that caters to the needs of those who seek peak performance without compromising on clean, effective supplementation. In conclusion, ENGN Shred has become my go-to pre-workout for its ability to provide a focused, energized workout experience without the inclusion of creatine. If you're looking to achieve more in your workouts and sustain that energy throughout the day, ENGN Shred is a solid choice backed by science and quality ingredients.
Review: Super effective - I’ll be honest this is the first and only pre-workout I’ve actually taken but as someone who drank an unholy amount of caffeine for the last few years I was pleasantly surprised to see that this product boosted my energy as much as I did. I just started my workout journey and a big problem I was facing was not having the strength and stamina to lift heavy for adequate reps or I got easily exhausted from cardio. Since taking ENGN shred I’ve been able to lift more heavy and last way longer during cardio workouts I went from barely lasting 2 min on the stair master to doing 10 minutes with ease the following day when I took it for the first time. I don’t feel jittery and it doesn’t keep me up late either even though I tend to take it later in the day around 6:30pm! There’s no need to try any other pre workout when this one’s been doing wonders. Drink it cold for best taste! Pink lemonade wasn’t bad but it is a bit sweet tasting for 8oz sometimes I add a bit extra water to dilute more but overall I love it and want to try other flavors!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GET READY TO GET ROCK'd
*by T***S on April 6, 2020*

I've been working out for many years, and have been throught plenty of "pre-workout suppliments" One of two things happen.. A. The pre-workout sucks, keeps me up late at night...in regards to currently and have been working out between the times of 7:30pm-8:45pm. I might feel the boost in the begining but it tends to out fairly quick, and then on top of that the taste sucks. I like to take pre-work for a month as a cycle and then switch it off for two weeks. Most the pre-workouts I've fizzle out in the first week. B. The pre-workout is amazing...however only in cycles...I might cycle it on/off every month so I'll use for a month then be off for two weeks. Particulary this one works out great. I feel slightly jittery but not overbearing, but also able to sleep well at night 6-7 hours. This forsure the best pre-workout I've had in awhile. I highly recommend this pre-workout its not super expensive, tastes great (recommend the pink lemonade or blue razz), I get the jolt that I need while on my way to the gym!
