Because this was my first time doing something like this, even though I followed a YouTube video, I managed to break some of the clips on my key caps and they couldn’t be replaced once I was finished cleaning. Even if you, like me, are someone who takes excellent care of their possessions, I highly recommend having a spare set of key caps just in case. You literally never know what could happen, and the cost of buying these direct from Apple or even just individually is insane. While I am usually hesitant to buy third-party accessories, replacements, or pieces for my electronics, (especially the expensive ones) this was thankfully a best case scenario in terms of both price and quality and I’m glad I got them.
