She was scared and stressed (understandably) when she came home, so the diarrhea that accompanied her was somewhat expected? Or at least not cause for concern. She had been tested for everything before adoption. She was running around and playing with no other symptoms. She had gone through different courses of antibiotics and antivirals when admitted to the shelter. And 1 month later, kitten was still not having solid poos, despite her getting comfortable in the home. And the smell was so heinous coming out of something so fluffy and little! 🤢 Researched probiotic benefit after courses of antibiotics and other medications rescue/shelter cats may have had before they come home to you, that really impact their gut.
