These are pretty good vegan eggs and i used them for egg scrambles for people egg allergies. Personally, i think they are better tasting than just egg and have a longer shelf life.That being said, this product is NOT easy to use. It is essential that you follow ALL the isntructions for "best quality" or else it wont turn out at all. We put the water in the fridge for 1 hour prior to cooking and get much better results. You absolutely have to use cold water, a preheated pan and all the other instruction notes or it doesnt turn out.It does make a nice and fluffy chorizo egg scramble when you follow all directions, and its the best tasting vegan egg i have tried yet.

I'm thrilled with this so far. Usually just use egg replacer powder for baking but followed COLD water instructions & made passable scrambled eggs & good omelet. Tastes a bit like mashed potatoes to me but still fine taste esp in omelet

Decided to try this as the product I was using was out of stock. Be sure to follow the directions and measure everything, other than that it's not hard to make at all. The flavor needs seasoning, or at least it did for us. I added my seasoning at the table, but you could also add it in the skillet. I used, salt, black pepper, and a little garlic, but that's just my preference. I'm a garlic nut. Had it this morning with a piece of toast and two veggie link sausages. Bought a smaller package to make sure we'd like it. We do so I plan to order a bigger one soon. Everyone has their own taste, so I can't guarantee this will suit yours, all I can say is that we are very pleased with it.
